Adidas launches street inspired 2015/2016 Snowboard Apparel Line
Few brands are as recognizable as Adidas and their famous three stripes. Formed by Adolf Dassler in 1949, Adidas have been a globally renowned sports brand for decades. In 2015 after much hype they announced they were venturing into the world of snowboarding, with their usual unparalleled street style.
“We give everything we’ve got, then go back for more. No doubts, no holding back, no giving in. From the court to the catwalk, the stadium to the street, whatever the game, we play the same way. Heart over head. Inclusion over ego. United by passion, we go all in.”
The brand, which is a sub-division of Adidas’ main headquarters in Portland, Oregon, has been building its program and most recently its outerwear.
“We’re like a small company within a really big company,” explains Adidas Snowboarding Team Manager Evan LeFebvre about the Adidas outerwear program. “We’re just trying to make that work and figure out how to tap into all the awesome resources that Adidas has, from production, to marketing, and beyond.”
