Chris Paul : Welcome To My GQ Cover Party

Written by Jrich in Athletes Fashion,Givenchy,NBA Style on Sep 25th 2012

Yesterday GQ Magazine and L.A. Clippers guard Chris Paul partied it up at Sayers Club in Hollywood, as they celebrated GQ’s October 2012 issue featuring none other than Chris on the cover. It was a star-Studded event,as many celebs and athletes came out dressed to impress as they show Chris some love. Check it out, Whose look caught your eye??

The Man of the hour Chris Paul was so sophisticated(Rick Ross voice,) in a sleek pattern suit,he balanced with a polka dot neck-tie,plaid collar shirt, and the chic eye-wear supplying the finishing touches to a well assembled ensemble. The pattern-on-pattern combination was just right, Chris kept the hues similar and a variation of pattern widths complemented each other well.

Caron Butler(L.A. Clippers) went sans the the blazer, electing for what I would call a “Vest suit”

The newest addition to the L.A. Clippers, Matt Barnes must of turn some heads in those bold red trousers.Matt paired his  fashionable bottoms with a black stripe vest he accessorized with a pocket square, not bad at all. I was actually feeling this look, Matt puts his own twist on formal wear with an open collar shirt, and the pocket square inserted in his vest pocket was genius, such a underrated trend, it should be utilized more. What are your thoughts??

Gilbert Arenas(Memphis Grizzlies) went with the “All black everything” attire,in a $455 Givenchy LA-House Print Tee  and edgy biker jacket which I loved. The jacket would of paired better with a V-neck shirt in my opinion, solid or stripes.

Terrell Owens was all smiles in his solid collar shirt and contrasting plaid pattern tie.

Clippers ballers, real GQ right now fellas
