It's only the biggest sports award show of the year, you got to bring your fashion 'A' game.

It’s only the biggest sports award show of the year, you got to bring your fashion ‘A’ game.

The 2014 ESPY Awards took place last night at Los Angeles’ Nokia theater. The annual event was hosted by Rapper Drake (who surprisingly did a great job) and featured a slew of star athletes all looking their very best for the prestigious event. We’ve curated a list of the most stylish athletes of the evening. Whose look was your favorite?

Kevin Durant (OKC Thunder) spruced up his tuxedo look with a splash of color. The forest-green sports coat complemented him well.

Cleveland Cavs forward Tristan Thompson added flair to a traditional tuxedo look with a mustard yellow jacket.

NBA big men Blake Griffin (L.A. Clippers) and Demarcus Cousin (Sacramento Kings) both donned custom navy tuxedos paired with black bowties. Blake’s costume was designed by Waraire Boswell (styled by Courtney Mays), and Demarcus’ assembled by Elevee Lifestyle.

Jacksonville Jaguars Marcedes Lewis went for a bold fashion-forward look. Marcedes kept the hues all black, sporting a Waraire Boswell jacket and shirt, Guiseppe sneakers and black tights layered by OAK L.A. shorts (Styled by Brand Wills)

It’s mankle season.. NFL ballers Victor Cruz (N.Y. Giants) and Colin Kaepernick (San Francisco 49ers) both elected to show off their ankles for the 2014 ESPYS. Victor dressed in Rick Owens and Colin wore a sharp ocean blue suit by ISAIA. (Styled by Thomas Faison)

The only possible explanation for Walter Thurmond’s outfit was the hot L.A. sun, the NFL baller made a fashion statement with his shiny short suit.

Nick Young a.k.a ‘Swaggy P.’ added a modern twist to his black suit with a $950 Saint Laurent square print shirt and $890 Maison Martin Margiela trunk leather boots.

Damian Lillard (Portland Trailblazers) added some swagger to his formal costume with a plaid sports jacket.

Danny Green’s (San Antonio Spurs) ensemble was just as sharp as his jumper. The three-point specialist donned a white blazer jacket and classic black shirt combo, completed with plaid trousers and hard bottom shoes.

Serge Ibaka
(OKC Thunder) was in attendance with his lovely lady Keri Hilson. The couple complemented each other dressed in all black. Serge looked suave clothed in pieces by Calvin Klein and Tom Ford. (Styled by Kesha Mcleod)

No loud prints or colors, Russell Westbrook elected for a subtle look on this occasion. The fashion enthusiast sported a unique bib-front shirt paired with solid trousers and shoes.

Paul George (Indiana Pacers) opted to combine his navy solid suit with a contrast gingham shirt and print bowtie.
