As a part of their #GiveFromTheCart promotion, the Lakers star partnered with the company to hand deliver orders to surprised L.A. area customers. Not only did they get a visit from the reigning NBA champ, these families-in-need also got a credit of $5,000 from Instacart. Because of the circumstances surrounding the pandemic, these families were in special need and the pick-up service did what they are best known for, they delivered.
This initiative comes at a time when our country is yearning for unity, and Caruso’s move to work with this company may put him in talks for M.V.P. (Most Valuable Philanthropist). As the PG mentioned, “good comes back around”; which is a reminder to always look out for our fellow brothers and sisters in these times of need because helping others is a win-win situation.
