Spalding Releases Limited Edition Ball to Commemorate the Warriors Back-to-Back Championship Run

'18 CHAMPS

In honor of the Golden State Warriors win over the Cavs and the ensuing parade and festivities that are happening all week long, Spalding is releasing a limited edition basketball to commemorate the Dubs’ historic back-to-back championship run. Only 2,018 balls will be made, making this a keepsake for any true Warriors fan – bandwagoners also allowed.

Aesthetically speaking, this ball is certainly a masterful piece of memorabilia meant to capture this moment for years to come. There is a laser engraved emblem that features two of the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophies and a Golden State logo in the foreground. The years 2017 & 2018 are etched in to celebrate this young dynasty’s current reign over the NBA. Each of the limited edition balls are numbered 1 through 2,018 to guarantee authenticity.

Spalding, who has been making the official basketball of the NBA since 1983, also made sure that this ball is extremely functional. It’s true to the official league requirements, coming in at a 29.5″ circumference. The gold composite leather panels are designed for indoor or outdoor settings, making this perfect for the ballers who want to take it for a spin and channel their inner Finals MVP.

The ball retails at $125 USD and is now available at spalding.com.

Hiya, I’m really glad I have found this information. Nowadays bloggers publish only about gossips and web and this is actually irritating. A good web site with interesting content, this is what I need. Thanks for keeping this site, I’ll be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Can not find it.

  2. I’ve been surfing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
