The Coors Light NHL Stadium Series returned this past weekend, with Levi’s Stadium in San Clara, CA. playing host to an outdoor match-up between the Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks.
To celebrate the series, UGG for Men partnered up with the NHL to introduce their newest line of footwear technology. The exclusive collection, dubbed Treadlite by UGG, offers a supremely lightweight and ultra-durable outsole compound that leverages proprietary RMAT® technology – a new material compound with rebound and durability that offers phenomenal grip and exceptional rebound when used as an outsole. In other words, they’re crazy comfortable!
Over the weekend, UGG hosted a VIP gifting lounge for NHL Players to get a firsthand introduction to the new technology. Amongst attendees were L.A. Kings players Dustin Brown, Drew Doughty, Marian Gaborik, and Anze Kopitar. The set features six different styles, below you can view both the bold red suede chukka model and a low top slip-on shoe.
Connie Rishwain, President, UGG Australia on partnership with NHL:
“UGG is the only casual footwear brand harnessing Treadlite innovation, which underscores our commitment to innovation and provides our consumers with the highest quality experience possible,” “We couldn’t be more pleased by our partnership with the NHL. This further solidifies our continued support of athletes, and shines a much-deserved spotlight on our robust men’s collection.”
