This past Friday I visited a local Barnes & Nobles to pick up a copy of the latest issue of GQ magazine, the ‘Style Bible’ to be exact, ‘Tho shall read right now’ instantly ran through my head, So I grabbed a seat and quickly browse through the publication. I did stop to peruse a feature GQ did on New York Knicks ‘fashionable’ center Tyson Chandler. Written by Mark-Antony-Green, the piece discusses Tyson’s Personal style, as Mark refers to him as the ‘Lone Goth” of the NBA with a wardrobe consisting of lots of black. Tyson elaborates on the evolution of his look, opting to slim down his appeal(baggy days are over), new trends to experiment with, pulling off the ‘All Black everything’ , and more. Very cool feature.
“To me, If you’re going all black, the cut is everything, that’s what makes it sophisticated” –Tyson Chandler
Tyson does a fun shoot with his son for GQ Magazine’s 2nd annual ‘Style Bible’, Tyson is decked out in black of course.
